Leverage Our Network
The CSE network consists of fill sites, trucking companies, excavation companies, survey engineers, environmental engineers as well as many other related Contractors in the fill industry. The CSE provides a listing service for its member Contractors consisting of company information as well as soil reports and fill site locations allowing for the minimization of trucking costs and elimination of middleman price gouging.
T1/T2 Residential Sites
The CSE provides Contractors with Property Owners looking for T1/T2 clean fill in the GTA and surrounding area consisting of a detailed scope of work description, site maps, fill area schematics, truck access points, minimum truck loads required, as well as equipment recommendations to facilitate optimal budgeting and planning.
T3 & Higher Impact Sites
The CSE also provides Contractors with sites capable of receiving T3 and higher impact fill. This includes assistance with pricing for high impact contaminated facilities to receive material with or without trucking. During this process soil reports are issued to registered trucking companies allowing them to bid against each other to offer the best rates for budgeting.
Trucking Optimization
Listed trucking companies are available to all Contractors within the CSE network and have visibility of all fill sites and soil reports for upcoming projects on which to bid. CSE also provides pop up access of available trucks to it's Contractors.
Property Acquisitions
The CSE has an audience of investors willing to purchase properties that have been zoned and/or permitted to accept large quantities of fill ranging from clean to high impact as well as waste. The CSE will source and present appropriate candidates in a timely manner to facilitate the closure of deals. The CSE will assist in ensuring that all documents have been obtained and all steps have been completed to ensure a swift and clean transaction. Security deposits will be arranged through the CSE's escrow process to lock in deals and vet serious and cash positive buyers.
